I have built my business from scratch combining my job in the city with my love of artisan products. I found soap and candle making a very therapeutic way to escape from the daily stresses of working in finance and love the mix. It gives me so much joy to share my knowledge, teach and help other people do the same.
A member of the UK Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers, I have years of experience of making fine soaps. I discovered that blending oils, knowing what works, and creating heavenly fragrances for luxurious candles and soaps is my superpower. As an accountant specialising in budgeting and forecasting with an Honours Degree in International Business Administration and an Honours Degree in Business Studies, there is rigour behind my approach. I know the ups and downs, the challenges, the legalities etc. inside out. My products and courses have been Highly Commended at the Bexley Business Excellence Awards 2020 and I was a finalist for Best Entrepreneur of the year.
